With Hellenic Healthcare Group’s highly-specialized staff, supported by state-of-the-art equipment, HomeCare aims to provide continuous medical care, improve quality of life, and help patients and caregivers/family members in a time that is more important than ever.
In case home nursing is required, all necessary steps are discussed with the attending physician or the treatment team of the patient's choice. HomeCare's administrative and nursing staff are in direct and ongoing contact with the attending physician and work together with all hospitals to provide optimum patient care.

Can I have at-home testing?
Homecare understands the difficulty some people face in visiting a specially designed facility to undergo specific tests. For this reason, we have added to our services the option of conducting certain tests that can be performed at the patient's location, for example:

Can I have at-home COVID-19 testing?
Yes. HomeCare offers a home sampling service, using all the necessary precautions for people who wish to be tested for COVID-19 in the safety of their premises. HomeCare performs PCR molecular detection tests, rapid tests, and ultra-fast molecular detection tests using the LAMP method. The result is ready within 60 minutes.
Who can use Homecare?
Homecare’s services are available to everyone and they range from the most basic tests to the most specialized procedures that can be performed outside of a hospital or diagnostic center. We also provide our services to patients who need to continue their treatment at home, patients who require post-discharge support and monitoring, elderly people, oncology patients, patients with chronic conditions or disabilities as well as preoperative and postoperative patients.
I had surgery at a non-HHG Hospital. Can I call Homecare for my preoperative testing or my postoperative follow-up?
Homecare covers patients who need treatment after any medical condition or surgery they may have had, regardless of whether their surgery was performed in a public hospital or a private hospital outside the HHG.
Can a staff member come to my place to provide personal care services?
There are fellow humans who are unable to take care of their personal hygiene for health reasons. Thus, Homecare also provides personal hygiene services - from bathing to local cleaning.
Does Homecare offer at-home physiotherapy services?
Yes. HomeCare - Healthcare Services at Home can offer you comprehensive physiotherapy and physioaesthetics services carried out by specialized professionals from the HHG and our Healthcare Institutions, covering various specialties.
Can I undergo a screening test if I am healthy?
HomeCare is not only for patients who need to have medical/nursing procedures or medical care. People who wish to undergo medical tests in the comfort and safety of their environment, people who are unable to move, people with special needs, or the elderly can also benefit from our services.
I am pregnant and I’d rather not travel. Are there any related services?
Homecare and Embryogenesis IVF Center provide their services to pregnant women who are unable or unwilling to travel, women undergoing fertility treatment, and women in postpartum care. Additionally, we offer the possibility of blood sampling for newborns after they are discharged from the maternity hospital.
I live in Patras. Can I use Homecare services?
Homecare is only available in the Prefecture of Attica.
