The application offers direct and easy access to the medical record of each patient/examined person at the HHG Group Hospitals (HYGEIA, Metropolitan Hospital, Mitera, Metropolitan General, Leto and Creta Inter Clinic), as well as at its diagnostic centers, Healthspot.
What is my-Ygeia?
my-Ygeia Personal Health Record is an innovative application for digital storage and management of medical examinations and data. Through a digital, user-friendly environment, it offers unique possibilities for real-time updates on test results, as well as management and sending of medical tests and data for comparison and evaluation to a doctor of the patient's choice from a fixed or mobile device, always with respect for his sensitive personal data.
What does the my-Ygeia app offer?
my-Ygeia is a valuable tool both for patients/examiners who can now take a more active role in their healthcare and for physicians.
The most modern digital technology in the hands of the patient
Access to the medical history is immediate and easy, while, at the same time, the attending physician is given the possibility to compare older tests or data with newer ones, in real time, which contributes to the better management and treatment of the patient's health issues.
Medical data:
- they are easy to transport and safe to store;
- they are constantly updated;
- they are easily sent electronically (by email) wherever the user decides and wishes;
- they are available from any HHG Group hospital the user has visited in the past years;
The user:
- has immediate access to laboratory and imaging tests;
- through biometrics (facial recognition, fingerprint), has quick, easy and secure access to the application;
- gets instant help as at any point in the process, there is the option 'Do you need help?';
- is updated with notifications when the medical tests are ready as well as for new services of the Group's Clinics.

The my-Ygeia application fully ensures the protection of the patient's personal and health data, since it applies strict security protocols and access is granted only to the main user, as well as to users authorized by them.

The registration process is simple and short and is completed online from a mobile or fixed device without the need to visit a HHG Group Clinic or Center.

When registering for the Personal Health Record, my-Ygeia, you absolutely need to have:
- an active personal e-mail account
- a personal mobile phone number
- an ID Card
After downloading the my-Ygeia app
Once you have downloaded the my-Ygeia app one of our partners will activate your account and you will be emailed the login details for the app. At any time you wish, you can update your information and even change the login code from the Profile page of the application.
