How to get the Health_e Bonus Card

The registration process is simple and short and is completed online from a mobile or fixed device without the need to visit an HHG Group Clinic or Diagnostic Center. When registering for the Health_e Bonus Card application, you need to have:
- an active personal e-mail
- a personal mobile phone number
- a social security number (SIN)
What are the tiers & points?
- After downloading the Health_e Bonus Card app you automatically become the owner of Health_e Bonus White, which has 0 points;
- When you collect 1000 points you automatically change tier and get Health_e Bonus Blue;
- When you reach 8000 points you move up to Health_e Bonus Silver;
- When you reach 40,000 points you get Health_e Bonus Gold.
What is the euro-points ratio?
- Primary services: 1 euro = 10 points
- Diagnostic tests at HealthSpot: 1 euro = 20 points
- Private hospitalization/hospitalization using a public insurance body: 1 euro = 3 points
- Hospitalization with private insurance: 1 euro = 1 point
Load points
After each visit to one of the Hospitals or Diagnostics of HHG Group and since you have downloaded the application, you must ask the cashier to transfer the points to you. For an initial period of 3 months you can request the points from services performed in an earlier time.
