You can receive the test results from the Secretariat of the HealthSpot diagnostic center in a short period of time that the Secretariat will inform you about when you make your appointment or take the test.
According to the Privacy Policy of the Hellenic Healthcare Group and its affiliated companies, HealthSpot, the examination and receipt of medical results are carried out as follows:
1. ADULTS
A. Conducting medical examinations
Medical examinations are carried out strictly only upon presentation of identification documents of the examinee (e.g. police ID, passport, etc.). The examinee's details are then registered or verified at the HealthSpot Secretariat.
B. Receipt/delivery of results
The receipt of the results of medical examinations is carried out in the following ways:
- By delivery to the examinees themselves:
- In person with presentation of identification documents (e.g. police ID, passport, etc.);
- By post or courier and at the examinee's own expense, after a previous written declaration and completion of the relevant form;
- By e-mail to the e-mail address that the examinee will declare in person, filling out the relevant form.
- By delivery to a representative of the examinee:
- With a signature of authorization by the examinee to a third party, completing the relevant form in front of the Secretariat;
- Upon presentation of a written authorization from the examinee, with the signature deemed genuine by a competent Authority for receiving specific medical results from HealthSpot and upon presentation of the third party's identity documents.
2. MINORS
A. Conducting medical examinations
For the provision of healthcare services to minors under the age of 18, the minor's companion must state the full details of the minor, as well as the name of the father and Mother or the name of the guardians.
B. Receipt/delivery of results
The receipt of the medical results takes place:
- By handing over to the parent/guardian of a minor examinee:
- In person, upon presentation of identification documents (e.g. police ID, passport, etc.);
- By postal letter or courier and at the parent’s/guardian’s expense, after a previous written declaration and completion of a relevant form;
- By e-mail to the e-mail address that the parent/guardian will declare in person, filling out the relevant form.
- To a third representative of the parent/ guardian of the minor examinee:
- With a signature of authorization to a third party by the parent/guardian to receive the results, completing the relevant form in front of the Secretariat.
- By presenting a written authorization from the parent/ guardian, with the signature certified as genuine by a competent Authority to receive specific medical results from HealthSpot and upon presentation of the third party's identity documents.
At HealthSpot it is possible to receive the results of the tests that have been carried out at the HHG Clinics.
